When Lindsey Lohan was released from rehab for the third time, she did four photo shoots including two magazine covers, one for Harpers Bazaar and the other for New York Magazine.

In truth, the glamorous covers are nothing more then high end head shots aimed at movie directors and studio executives to project the image that fallen actresses have turned their lives around.

Of course, Lindsey is an A-List actress who commands ten million dollars a film. The same can not be said for Corey Haim. The fallen eighties heart throb who stared in movies like “License to Drive” “The Two Coreys” and “Dream a Little Dream” recently took out this full page add in Hollywood’s Variety Magazine.
