How Much Did You Pay for Your Love Glove?
A girl once asked me to put a condom on, and I told her that I was allergic to latex. She thought about it for a second, and then threw away the condom, jumped on top of me, and we had sex without it.
Of course, I’m not really allergic to latex, but like most men, I hate having sex with a condom.
Which is why an initiative by Planned Parenthood, called Proper Attire is doomed to fail. Proper Attire is a marketing campaign targeted at women to increase the coolness of condoms and try and make them the “must have fashion accessory for women.” Like a Jimmy Choo handbag, the group wants to make condoms fun and stylish for women to carry. That’s why a new brand of hip and trendy little plastic raincoats are being sold in upscale Manhattan boutiques and hotels.
Of course the one problem is that no matter how cool you try and make the condom, if the guy doesn’t want to wear it, then it doesn’t really make that much of a difference.
