Hunting for Caddys

Is it wrong that sometimes I just want to be a boy toy? That I want a rich older woman to take care of me, pamper me, and tell me that everything is going to be okay?

A therapist once told me that I had mommy issues. That really my attraction to older women was just my subconscious telling me that I wanted to be back in the womb. But who really cares about the subconscious?

It’s safe to say that the term “cougar” has been thoroughly played out. In the last year, it has become a cliche of itself. One only has to see the 41 year old, Private Practice star, Kate Walsh in a Cadillac commercial asking the question, “When you turn the car on, does it return the favor?” The commercial screams, power, sex, and that hot older women drive Cadillacs.

But a Caddy is not just a type of car; it’s a classification of Cougar. At least according to website Urban Cougar which breaks down the infamous cougar into different types of species like the Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Maple Leaf, Trans Am, and yes the Cadillac.

According to the site, “The Cadillac is almost the Rolls Royce, but distinctly American and not quite as picky. Big Engine, questionable styling. Not unusual to see them in tight pink belly-shirts with Bitch scrawled across the front in rhinestones. She was a slut in high school”

So while my therapist might think that I have mommy issues, I just think that it’s because I always liked the slut in high school.
