Brick Breaker

I have a Crackberry. When I’m bored, I play a game called brick breaker. My high score is 11 thousand points. It took me hundreds of attempts to reach that score. And sure it’s not an “oh my god I fucking rocked it” score, but I thought that at the very least it was a pretty good score.

And then I went online and I discovered that the world high score record is over 3 million points. 3 million points! My one game of 11 thousand points took an hour.

To reach 3 million points it must have taken someone years. I mean the person who raked in all those points must have had some serious fucking time on their hands.

As it turns out, the record was set by an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. In fact all the top scores were set by investment bankers. Which is funny because I used to wonder why the economy was in the tank.

Well at least now, I know why.
