The Week

A lot of things happened this week, all of them by unintelligent people.

Pirates hijacked a ship off the cost of Kenya. They thought it was carrying food supplies, but what they soon discovered was that it was an illegal cargo shipment of battle tanks. The pirates then demanded 35 million dollars. But when 5 U.S. Naval Destroyers and 3 Russian Battle Ships surrounded the ship, the pirates lowered their ransom demand to 25 million. Clearly, they think that, that will make the difference.

In other news, Sarah Palin told us that she represents Joe Six Pack. But considering over half this country is obese, I’m not sure that I know Joe. Congress passes an 85o million bail out package which contains a 2 million dollar tax break for a toy company that makes wooden arrows for kids. And then just when I thought things couldn’t get any stranger along comes this week’s 365 Award Winner.

Congratulations to Michelle Allen. On Monday, Michelle dressed up in a cow suit and ran through the streets of Middletown, Ohio terrorizing little children and urinating on people’s front doorsteps. She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Clearly, Halloween came early this year.

One Observation for “October 4th, 2008”

  1. I saw an article on that woman and laughed so hard, I almost had to pee on someone’s doorstep. People are amazing. ;)

    Happy Halloween! Or Saturday. Whatever.
